*Membership Details
Billing:
Membership is $135 per month, there are never taxes on healthcare services and memberships can be paid with FSA or HSA benefits.
Commitment:
Option #1 - You pay month to month with an initial 3 month autopay commitment, no cancellation fee thereafter
Option #3 - You pay for a discounted annual membership and use your 12 IVs when you need them ($1440).
Termination and Unused Benefits:
Early Termination:
There are no cancellation fees after your three month autopay introductory period. Early terminations are subject to a one time $135 early termination fee and any unused benefits will expire on date of termination.
Unused Benefits:
Unused monthly IVs never expire and will roll over month to month as long as you are a member. Missed monthly B12 injections or add ons will not roll over and must be used during the billing month. Membership costs and unused credits are not transferrable or refundable.
Birthday Drip:
Birthday drip may be upgraded from the Myers Plus to any of our standard IV drip therapies for the retail price difference minus your 30% discount. Birthday drips may be redeemed anytime during your birth month and expire at the end of your birth month.
Membership Exclusions:
1 free IV drip therapy of choice per month, includes all our standard IV therapies from the Myers Cocktail to The Works. Excludes all provider directed therapies.
30% off discount of additional services can applied to the entire Injectables and Ala Carte Menu (excluding prepaid bundles) or any of our standard IV therapies. Excludes all provider directed therapies, eGift cards and members only sales found on the members only exclusive page.
Friends and Family discount can be applied to any of our retail IV therapies, single injections and IV add ons. Excludes all provider directed therapies, membership costs, eGift cards. Discounted IM NAD+ is a member holder benefit only and is excluded from the Friends and Family Discount.
Monthly membership drips are not transferrable and can only be redeemed by the member holder. We do not currently offer a family membership.
